To celebrate the end of the year, this corporate client hosted 550 employees and executives at The Fifth Social Club—leveraging our 500-capacity heritage loft to comfortably accommodate both high-volume mingling and dedicated interactive entertainment zones. The goal was to replace the stiff, seated hotel banquet format with a glamorous standing cocktail reception where guests could move freely between gourmet food stations, activations, and the dance floor.

  • Arrival & Executive Welcome: Following a smooth check-in at our high-volume winter coat check, guests were greeted with tray-passed prosecco and hors d’oeuvres before gathering for the company President and CEO’s year-end address using our built-in microphone, concert-grade sound system, and elevated stage focal point.
  • Interactive Food Stations & 4 Full-Service Bars: Immediately following the speech, a full spread of culinary stations opened across the loft—featuring artisan cheese and charcuterie boards, house-made breads, hot buffet stations, and a late-night dessert station, supported by 4 full-service bars.
  • Custom Décor & Interactive Entertainment: The loft’s signature architectural columns were wrapped in winter wonderland tulle and custom lighting, with dedicated floor zones for a caricature artist, cigar station, champagne princess, and a packed late-night dance floor led by The Fifth’s in-house DJ.
