Toronto Corporate Brand Event and Reception
Event Venue: The Fifth Social Club | Capacity: 800 standing
The Event:
Strategic M.I. and Vision Travel Solutions hosted their corporate brand event at The Fifth Social Club for over 300 guests. Proximity to luxury hotels, branding, catering and entertainment were the client’s top priorities. The Fifth Events team provided guests with a coherent brand experience from décor and entertainment to activations and gourmet catering.
“It was a great evening and a very successful event. Thank you so much for all your assistance with the planning and execution of the event. Everyone was amazing. You work with a wonderful group of people. They even did an excellent job of dismantling the ice sculpture at the end of the event” – Jill, Strategic M+i
Event Venue Services:
The Fifth Events team created a buzz-worthy brand event and reception for our client in the heart of Downtown Toronto. Brand experience was top of mind with corporate and business partner logos projected on screens throughout the room. Branded photo opportunities were planned in various areas of the event space including a custom freestanding ice sculpture in the center as well as photo booth with logo step & repeat backdrop.
Strategic M+i envisioned this event to project the excitement of the company’s new endeavour. The party was both a celebration and a fun networking event for business partners and clients. DJ and live band were on site to provide music while an area for active mingling was created with the addition of giant Jenga.
Catering Services:
Event catering was the third pillar of this company launch party. Gourmet, high end and elegant food displays and stations reinforced the professional image of the brand. These included seafood station with lobster tails, nut-free cheese and charcuterie platter, fresh organic crudité platter as well as prime rib carving station. These classics were complimented with exciting active stations including a “top-your-own” Bloody Caesar bar, authentic Quebec style poutine bar and “build-your-own” crêpe station. Passed canapés round out the catering service. To ensure all dietary needs were taken care of, kosher meals were available for specific guests.
