Corporate Anniversary Party for 800 Guests
Venue: The Fifth Social Club | Capacity: 800 standing
The Event:
The Fifth celebrated its 20th year in Toronto’s hospitality industry by hosting a corporate anniversary party at The Fifth Social Club for 800 guests. Every detail from red carpet to food and entertainment were created to show client appreciation as well as showcase the progression of the brand. A special live chef’s station in the center of the room featured Master Chef Didier, who created a special canapé for guests in situ.
“… the mayor, sport and entertainment types, scene regulars and a slew of foodie patrons past and present gathered to celebrate 20 years of The Fifth in Toronto’s Entertainment District. Food and drink were aplenty, and stories from the past swirled around the room as it swelled with well-wishers. The Fifth did what it does best: entertain.” ” – The Globe & Mail
Event Venue Services:
This corporate anniversary party was planned as a reunion party for clients, past and current customers as well as staff members to mingle over good food and drinks. The team greeted guests with prosecco at the door. The press took pictures and conducted interviews on the red carpet which was set up inside the venue. Event venue requirements included a movable live chef’s station where Master Chef Didier created a very special canapé for guests. This was a foodie’s dream – interacting with a celebrated chef while enjoying his cooking. Canapés are passed throughout the night to showcase the diverse offering in The Fifth’s catering menu from tasting plates (mini entrées) to desserts. Later in the night, the food station is removed to open up the dance floor. The evening heats up with live music performances by Dr. Draw on stage and on the dance floor.
Aside from providing its signature hospitality, The Fifth’s branding was reinforced through projected videos showcasing the company’s expertise in events, weddings, restaurant and bar services; red carpet step-and-repeat, framed posters on pillars and custom favours.
Catering Services:
